Do Aurelin pieces tarnish or fade?

our stainless steel is very tarnish-resistant and holds up well to daily wear, and our 18K gold-plated pieces keep their color with normal wear. That said, no jewelry is unbreakable — heavy exposure to perfume, chlorine, sweat, seawater, or harsh chemicals can dull or fade any piece over time. With basic care, the shine lasts a long time.

Are your products hypoallergenic?

Stainless steel is generally well-tolerated by sensitive skin, but if you have known metal allergies, we recommend checking with your dermatologist before extended wear.

Can I shower or swim while wearing Aurelin jewelry?

Our pieces are designed for everyday wear, but we recommend taking them off before swimming, showering, or using harsh chemicals to help preserve the finish long-term.

Do your accessories turn skin green?

Stainless steel and genuine gold plating are both very unlikely to cause the green discoloration associated with cheap or low-quality metals — that reaction usually comes from copper or nickel-heavy alloys reacting with skin oils, sweat, or moisture. That said, everyone's skin chemistry is a little different, and prolonged exposure to sweat, perfume, or moisture can occasionally cause mild reactions in sensitive skin. If you notice any discoloration, drying the piece after wear and storing it properly usually prevents it going forward.

You can refuse the shipment immediately at the door, before the courier leaves. If the item is wrong or damaged, no payment is required.

Can I refuse an order after inspecting it?

Yes, you can refuse it while the courier is still waiting. If it's simply a change of mind (not a wrong or damaged item), shipping fees will need to be paid by you.

Do I need to agree to anything about returns when I order?

Yes — by completing your purchase, you agree to inspect your order at delivery and accept this policy. Claims made after the courier leaves aren't eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
