  • Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted and no returns or exchanges will be allowed under any circumstances.

 

Refusing an Order at the Door

  • If you decide not to receive the order after inspection, you may refuse it while the courier is waiting.

  • In this case, shipping fees must be paid by the customer.

 

Wrong or Damaged Orders

  • If you receive an order that is damaged or incorrect, you have the right to refuse the shipment immediately.

  • No payment is required if the item is wrong or damaged, provided the issue is identified before the courier leaves.

 

No Returns After Delivery

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered and the courier has left.

  • This includes change of mind, size preference, or any issues reported after delivery.
